Use Yellow Dock Root as a tea. It is a very bitter herb so most people take it as a quick shot as opposed to sitting back and sipping but whatever your personal taste the benefits remain the same.
- Yellow Dock Root (Dried)
Pour a cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of Yellow Dock Root.
Let steep for 5-10 minutes.
